You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Hinggo.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Do not post illegal, explicit, or offensive content
• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, but grant Hinggo a license to display them on the platform to other members.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unsafe behavior.

7. Disclaimer

Hinggo is a platform to help you meet people. We do not guarantee compatibility or outcomes, and encourage members to exercise caution when meeting matches in person.
